Full-Time Dental Assistant at General Dentistry 4 Kids (Greenway)

Position: Full-Time Dental Assistant  

Location: General Dentistry 4 Kids (Greenway)  

Pay: Starting at $17 per hour  

Bonus: Up to $500 additional per month  

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Certifications: CDA or RDA required; X-ray certification preferred  

Experience: Dental Assistant certification required

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist dentists chair-side, providing patient care and performing general laboratory duties

- Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)

- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment

- Take impressions of patients’ teeth, perform extractions, and handle composite fillings

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling

- Record patients’ medical histories and measure blood pressure and pulse

- Ensure patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental procedures

- Provide post-treatment care instructions for optimal oral health
