Join Our Team at Modern Dental Startup in Los Angeles Koreatown!

We're a boutique dental startup in Koreatown, Los Angeles, seeking a part-time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our dynamic team. Initially, this position will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with plans to transition to four days a week, potentially including Saturdays in the future. Our team is cross-trained, and we're looking for someone eager to grow with the practice, learning both front and back office tasks. Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient care
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments
- Assist dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Take dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Scan patients with Itero
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Schedule appointments and assist with payment procedures
- Contribute to social media marketing efforts

Qualifications:
- Preferably 1 year of dental assisting experience
- X-Ray Certification (required)
- Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) (required)

Job Type: Part-time  
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour  
Expected Hours: 16 – 32 per week

Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
- X-Ray Certification (Required)

Ability to Commute:
- Los Angeles, CA 90005 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
- Los Angeles, CA 90005: Relocate before starting work (Required)
