Job Description
We are a dynamic dental office dedicated to providing quality care with the latest technology and a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.
Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Duties:
- Welcome patients and prepare them for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
- Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations and maintain infection control protocols
- Assist the dentist during procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring efficiency
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed
- Assist with dental impressions, models, and other laboratory procedures
- Handle implants, extractions, bone grafts, CEREC, Guided Biofilm Therapy, and other innovative treatments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or relevant experience
- Current CA RDA license and X-ray certification/license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and terminology
- Proficiency in infection control and sterilization techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Patient Care and Education:
- Greet patients and ensure their comfort, providing education and answering questions
- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a hygienic environment

- Order and maintain dental supplies and inventory
