Dental Assistant/ 3 years experience

Westwood Family Dental is seeking a highly motivated and friendly Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) to join our well-established private practice on a long-term basis. Located at the corner of Westwood & Olympic Blvd, we offer a supportive and professional work environment where patient care is our top priority.  

Position Details:  
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (8 AM – 4 PM), with occasional Fridays.  
Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience).  

Key Responsibilities:  
Take dental X-rays and check in patients.  
Operate the iTero intraoral scanner.  
Order supplies and sterilize instruments per regulations.  
Maintain clean and well-stocked operatories.  
Set up for various procedures, including:  
  - Root canals (RCT)  
  - Fillings & extractions  
  - Restorative & cosmetic treatments  
  - Teeth whitening

Requirements:  
Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience.  
Knowledge of Invisalign procedures.  
Active DA or RDA certification.  
Required certifications:  
  - X-Ray Certification  
  - Coronal Polish Certificate  
  - iTero intraoral scanner proficiency
