Dental Assistant - Pediatric Dentistry

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will:  
- Greet and engage patients with warmth and professionalism  
- Ensure children feel informed, comfortable, and at ease before, during, and after treatment  
- Take and process dental radiographs, impressions, and intraoral photos  
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and equipment  
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures  
- Document dental care services accurately in patient records  
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly work environment  

Qualifications  
To succeed in this role, you should have:  
At least 6 months of experience as a pediatric dental assistant  
CPR or BCLS certification  
Completion of a CODA-accredited dental assisting program (Preferred)  
Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
Technical proficiency in dental software and charting systems  
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality  
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for growth
