Dental Assistant – Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry

Key Responsibilities
Assist the doctor chairside during cosmetic, implant, and general dental procedures
Prepare and break down treatment rooms while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Take x-rays, photos, scans, and impressions (training provided on office systems)
Review post-operative instructions and help patients feel comfortable and informed
Sterilize instruments and strictly follow infection control protocols
Support lab cases, tray setups, and supply ordering as needed
Assist the front office and team during busy scheduling periods

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of Dental Assistant experience; cosmetic or implant experience preferred
Illinois x-ray certification or currently in the process of obtaining certification
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with patients throughout the day
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, coachable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
