Dental Assistant - Bilingual Polish/English

Bilingual Polish-English Speaking Dental Assistant for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Office

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour (with increases based on experience)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional flexibility depending on surgical needs)

Job Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance during oral surgery procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafts, sinus lifts, and IV sedation cases
Prepare and maintain the surgical area, instruments, and equipment
Perform radiographic imaging, including periapical, panoramic, and CBCT, as well as digital scanning
Sterilize instruments and follow strict infection control procedures
Monitor patient comfort and safety during sedation
Provide clear post-operative instructions and educate patients on care
Keep the surgical environment organized, clean, and well-stocked
Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in oral surgery or implant dentistry is strongly preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A genuine commitment to patient care and teamwork
Bilingual fluency in both Polish and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required
