Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Summary:

As a Dental Assistant, you will support both patients and dentists to ensure high-quality oral health care. Your role will involve preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, and providing excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

- Experience: Previous experience in general dentistry is required

- Certification: X-Ray Certification and coronal polishing certification

- Skills: Strong communication, flexibility, and confidentiality

- Physical Requirements:** Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments

- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials

- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards

- Engage with patients to provide a positive and compassionate experience

- Manage dental instrument and supply inventory

- Ensure the cleanliness of the office and follow OSHA guidelines

- Handle patient testimonials and online reviews

- Take radiographs as needed
