Cross-trained Dental Assistant (RDA or DA)

We are a family-oriented, state-of-the-art private dental practice in North County San Diego seeking a full-time Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our close-knit dental family. This is a single-dentist practice with an experienced, supportive team already in place.

We’re looking for someone with a friendly, upbeat personality, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a true team-player mindset.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be proficient in four-handed dentistry
Hold a valid X-ray license and be comfortable taking high-quality digital X-rays
Have current Coronal Polish and Sealants certification
Be cross-trained and willing to assist wherever needed (clinical or front office)
Experience with CEREC and iTero is a major plus

What We Offer:

Full-time position (4–5 days per week)
Competitive pay: $24–$32 per hour, based on experience
