Cross trained Dental Assistant, PTO/401K

Our state-of-the-art dental practice is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. Job Type:

- Full-time

Compensation:

- $17.00 - $24.97 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Perform coronal polishing and take X-rays.

- Assist with updating and maintaining patient dental records.

- Conduct sterilization of instruments and take dental impressions.

- Provide assistance to the dentist during procedures.

- Offer oral hygiene instruction and post-operative care to patients.

- Handle inventory management and general office cleaning duties.

- Ensure infection control protocols are followed.

- Confirm patient appointments.

Qualifications:

- 1 year of dental assisting experience required.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)

- Coronal Polishing Certification

- X-ray Certification

Clinical Setting:

- General Dentistry

Schedule:

- 8-hour shifts

- Minimum of 38 to 40 hours per week

- Availability to work every other Saturday
