Clinical Orthodontic RDA/DA/OA

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the orthodontist with all chairside procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for patient appointments
Perform digital scans and accurate computer documentation
Deliver and adjust retainers as instructed
Provide oral hygiene and home care instructions to patients
Support with daily office operations, including cleaning and stocking supplies
Ensure procedure accuracy and maintain a rapid, efficient workflow
Record patient information and treatment progress accurately

Qualifications:

Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, organized, and professional demeanor
