Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and prepare patients for treatment
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Maintain knowledge of tools, techniques, and technologies
- Manage lab materials and maintain supply inventory
- Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance
- Take and mount high-quality dental X-rays
- Sterilize instruments and keep treatment rooms clean
- Build positive relationships with patients
- Support team goals and maintain a safe, collaborative work environment

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
- RDA or RDAEF certification preferred (not required)
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
- Passion for patient care and team collaboration
