Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

Support our doctors in providing a 5-star experience for every patient
Maintain patient flow and follow all clinical protocols and office systems
Deliver outstanding customer service with an excellent chairside manner
Capture high-quality radiographs and intraoral photos
Be a team player — punctual, professional, and ready to work
Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean and organized
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Adhere to safety protocols and office procedures
Understand and apply dental terminology and clinical best practices
Review and document patient health histories and medications accurately
Assist with additional office duties as needed

Qualifications:

Dental Assistant License (as required by state) or relevant dental assisting experience
Knowledge of Dentrix and Dexis software is a plus
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication — both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital dentistry, including 3D printing and same-day crowns, is an advantage
Flexible availability — Part-Time and Full-Time positions (Monday–Saturday)
